Description
This medium-sized lanceolate point exhibits a distinctive elliptical profile in cross-section. Its excurvate blade shape is characterized by a maximal width occurring between one-half to two-thirds of the way down its length. The lower segment of the blade curves inward, sometimes creating a stem that appears to narrow, or contract, as it approaches the base. The basal edge of the point can range from being straight to subtly concave. The flaking pattern observed on this specimen is random, lacking a deliberate or organized arrangement of flakes.
