Description
This triangular point features a slender, stemmed profile with an elliptical cross-sectional shape. Its straight-edged blade exhibits pronounced serrations, lending a distinctive texture to its surface. The shoulders, when discernible, are subtly defined and inclined at an upward slant. The stem itself is characterized by a straight to slightly flared morphology, terminating in a concave base. Notably, the point displays extensive basal grinding, a technique employed to carefully shape the stem. The flaking pattern observed on this artifact is random, lacking a discernible sequence or orientation.
Size
The dimensions of the arrowheads are as follows: they range in overall length from 18 to 33 mm, with stem lengths spanning 7 to 10 mm. The width of the blade varies between 13 and 21 mm, while the stem width measures between 10 and 17 mm.
