Description
Snowflake Black on White is a Mogollon/Western Pueblo ceramic type characterized by white-slipped or light buff surfaces decorated with black painted designs. Motifs often include stepped triangles, banded linework, scroll elements, and bordered geometric patterns. Vessel forms include bowls, seed jars, and small jars with straight to slightly flaring rims.
Size
Bowls generally measure 14–28 cm in diameter; jars 16–30 cm tall. Wall thickness averages 5–8 mm.

Primarily found in east-central Arizona, especially around the Mogollon Rim and White Mountains.
