The dimensions of this arrowhead are characterized by a total length ranging from 35 to 70 mm. The stem, which is the portion connecting the blade to the shaft, measures between 8 to 11 mm in length. The blade itself, which is the working edge of the arrowhead, exhibits a width of 18 to 26 mm. The neck, the narrowed section immediately above the stem, has a width of 13 to 18 mm. Notably, the stem width mirrors that of the blade, also spanning 18 to 26 mm. Geographically, this type of arrowhead is predominantly distributed across the Northern Plains, encompassing regions of Wyoming, Montana, North and South Dakota in the United States, and extending into the Canadian Plains of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
